| The Theravada Sasanarekkhita Society, Colorado (TSSC) was established as a Non Profit Organization in January 2009. Our
main object in setting up a monastery is for all people who are
interested in meditation (Mind Culture Practice in Theravada Buddhism),
regardless of age, color, faith, intelligence, sex and wealth.
Theravada Buddhism is Buddha Gotama’s Original Teaching.
-- will celebrate traditional events welcoming everybody who interested
our culture and Theravada Buddhism.
-- will invite famous monks very often to teach and guide us to
understand the Four Noble Truths with the practice of Vipassana
(Insight) meditation and achieve this noblest aim. More
importantly, the goal to inform that Theravada is not a religion is the
core purpose of our monastery. To participate in this highly
meritorious performance, you can either attend Dhamma activities or
support by the best of your efforts. Your help and supporting are
greatly appreciated to the Theravada Buddhism. |
